Aside from our daily BBQ lunches, we operate a charming café renowned for its fresh delicacies as well as homemade soups and sandwiches. Stop in for the soup of the day and relax inside or grab a table outside on the patio to enjoy the majestic view.
Be sure to indulge in Grandma’s delicious donuts, whipped up every morning with her special recipe. They go great with a cup of coffee, latte, or espresso made with our very own roast, Caribrew Coffee.
If you’re going for a scenic drive on the Klondike Highway or just heading down from Whitehorse for a visit, come in for a pit-stop. We have fresh pastries, energy bars, freshly brewed coffee & espresso, and 18 flavours of ice cream to choose from. Hope to see you soon!

Our chicken barbecues are prepared fresh daily for a serving time of 11:30 to 2:00 by our chefs. The meal is served hot from the grill and ample seating allows for groups of all sizes. Be sure to give us a call as 24 hour advance notice is required for this delicious lunch. Reserve online or upgrade to the Museum admission package which also includes entry into the Husky Village.
Our Hitching Post dining facility is an ideal setting for large groups taking part in the midday barbecue or private evening events. With an indoor seating capacity of 550, we can easily accommodate large gatherings such as conventions and reunions. The Hitching Post is fully licensed and will stock the bar to your requirement for an evening of fun. Please email info@cariboucrossing.ca with requests for quotes.
